Are the software licences genuine and legal?

How long does it take to process my order?

We process your order as soon as the payment is confirmed. If it includes digital licences or downloads, you'll find them with their instructions in the order details, under My orders. Physical products are prepared for the delivery or pickup you choose at checkout. If you pay with a method we check manually, such as a bank transfer, the payment is confirmed once we've verified it.

How can I pay for my purchase?

We currently accept Test bank transfer, Card, and Yappy. At checkout you'll see the methods available for your order and its currency.

What should I do if a licence doesn't work properly?

If you have any problem with a licence, we offer a money-back guarantee. Write to us and we'll fix the problem or refund you.

What should I include in my message?

Describe what you need and include the product name or your order number, where it applies.

Where can I check my order's status?

In your account, under “Orders”: you'll see the status of each purchase and whether a payment is pending.

How can I ask about a product before buying?
